U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

A five-year, $10 million contract was awarded to us by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District for an Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) Contract for Multiple Discipline Design and Construction Support Services.

​

Our projects encompassed a range of facilities such as Weather Squadron, Simulator Addition, Battalion Headquarters Buildings, Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (Barracks), Airfield Control Tower, Fire Station, Airfield Operations Building, Communications Building, Maintenance Shops, Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facilities, Water Tower, Remote Switching Unit, Training Center Convoy Live Fire Range, Regional Flight Center Hangar, and Road Improvements. All projects were mandated to achieve a minimum LEED Silver Certification and incorporated Anti-Terrorism features.
