The new tenant improvement offices aim to highlight the historic Journal Building’s heavy timber construction and exposed brick walls. The design pays homage to the history and context surrounding it while simultaneously offering a fresh, modern perspective.

The open floor plan nurtures a creative and collaborative work environment. The office places value on our environment and strives to be a good steward of our resources by reusing existing materials, thus meeting LEED requirements.
