Ranier Elementary School

Following its closure in 2007 due to low enrollment, Rainier View Elementary School underwent a comprehensive renovation as part of a City of Seattle “Substantial Alteration” project. This extensive endeavor encompassed seismic, life safety, exterior, interior, playground, ADA, mechanical, and electrical renovations.

 

Throughout the process, we ensured that the upgrades enhanced the school without compromising its original 1990s design integrity. Notably, a new glass entry canopy now serves as a welcoming addition, providing a fresh entrance to the school.
