Reconstructed Rambler
Welcome to the Rambler, where two acres of pristine land provide the canvas for a stunning transformation. Despite its idyllic setting, the original 1980’s rambler lacked a true connection to its surroundings. An inefficient layout, narrow spaces, and superfluous doors created random traffic patterns and a general feeling of unease.
But fear not – we've embarked on a journey to redefine space, style, and comfort. A new loft with previously untapped views of Lake Sammamish and an efficient use of 1,800 square feet has transformed this 1980’s rambler inside out.
The soaring shed roof and cantilevered deck direct the flow of the house up and out. This home was awarded the AIA/Seattle Times Home of the Month.
